Job summary

MB2 Dental is hiring a Director of Operations to provide strategic oversight and mentorship of the Operations team while ensuring the financial success of multiple dental practices in the assigned territory. This hybrid role requires overnight travel up to 50% and residence in CO, AZ, NV, OR, UT, or WA.

The Director will lead budgeting, planning, talent development, KPI analysis, and program design in collaboration with operating owners and the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of upper-level management experience; healthcare field preferred.
• Dental office management experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
• Skilled in delegation and remote management.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Specialty knowledge, especially in Pediatric Dentistry, preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Model outstanding client service with strong written and verbal communication.
• Interview, hire, and retain top talent in partnership with HR.
• On-board new team members to integrate into the dynamic business environment.
• Train operations staff and audit work for quality.
• Partner with owners and executives to drive operational decisions and growth metrics.
• Organize projects and share updates in regular stakeholder meetings.
• Assess practice needs and plan improvements.
• Ensure training compliance and performance reviews.
