Dental365 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across New Jersey. You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent patient care through high-performing teams.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-site dental practice management with willingness to travel regionally, including occasional trips to headquarters in New Hyde Park, NY. Strong leadership and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MUST-HAVE: 5 years in multi-site dental practice management with evening/weekend availability as needed.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Prior P&L management experience.
• Regular travel within the region; trips to HQ in New Hyde Park, NY.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and results driven.
