Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dental management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple dental practice locations within a DSO environment.
• Strong financial and operational acumen including budgeting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop office leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across AL and TN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple practices across the region.
• Partner with doctors and managers to hit financial, operational, and patient experience goals.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies.
• Coach and develop office leadership to improve accountability and engagement.
• Support staffing, workflows, and resource management across locations.
• Travel regularly to provide hands‑on leadership and support.
