Job summary

DEXIS is seeking a Regional Clinical Training Specialist in Phoenix to deliver hands-on and remote post-sale training on dental imaging products, imaging software, and related technology. The role partners with internal and external teams to address clinical needs and may require travel across the territory.

You will train end-users, document completions, and support program managers while building a pipeline of future opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree or equivalent certifications/licences required.
• 5+ years hands-on clinical dental experience with at least 2 years in a customer-facing position.
• Possess or ability to obtain Radiation Safety Certification.
• Experience with dental imaging equipment including digital intraoral scanner (IOS).
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record due to extensive personal car use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.
• Report and maintain documentation on completed trainings.
• Review and follow-up on surveys to ensure training meets stakeholder needs.
• Serve as first escalation point for clinical training within territory.
• Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products.
• Conduct billable training sessions and build a pipeline of future opportunities.
