Job summary

DEXIS is seeking a Regional Clinical Training Specialist to provide hands-on and remote post-sale training on digital intraoral imaging products to customers in a clinical setting. The role includes training on imaging software, collaborating with internal teams, and serving as the training escalation contact within the territory in the North Central region.

The ideal candidate will reside in Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; or Omaha, NE, and travel up to 75% to cover Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on clinical dental experience.
• 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with digital intraoral imaging equipment.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid state driver's license and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.
• Maintain documentation on completed trainings.
• Follow up on surveys to ensure training meets stakeholder needs.
• First point of escalation for clinical training in the territory.
• Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing new products.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of future training opportunities through outreach.
• Attend tradeshow and educational events for clinical representation.
• Obtain certification on supported products and recertification as needed.
• Travel up to 75% and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
