Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Regional Demand Planner for the Shelter Solutions business in North America. The role collaborates with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Product leaders to develop an accurate regional forecast and IBP plan across a 24-month horizon.

The position requires a four-year degree, 3+ years in demand planning or related fields, and strong Excel/data analytics skills. Hybrid work with location options in Wilmington, DE or Midland, MI is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years experience in sales, marketing, demand planning, business analytics, or supply chain.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience interfacing with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations to build actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Regional Demand Plan for identified products across North America.
• Document assumptions and maintain forecasting tools for a multi-view IBP horizon.
• Challenge sales/marketing assumptions when deviations occur between forecast and plan.
• Monitor demand forecast accuracy and bias; review 24-month demand plan.
• Create what-if scenarios to resolve demand/supply imbalances; support execution of tactics.
