Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture seeks a Regional Delivery Manager to oversee up to 100 daily routes and 1,250 orders across the region, with travel up to 50% and flexible remote options for the right candidate. Lead carrier relationships, drive service excellence, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Store Ops, DC Ops, Inventory Control, and 3PL partners to improve delivery performance and customer experience.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business or Logistics and 5+ years in transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in transportation logistics management.
• 5+ years of successful multi-unit retail or delivery operations experience.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 100 daily delivery routes and up to 1,250 customer orders daily.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers to drive service excellence, cost savings, and routing efficiencies.
• Monitor and improve regional performance through KPI measurement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align strategy and execution.
• Identify improvement areas, analyze data, and implement process changes.
• Enhance depot and store delivery performance via carrier performance management and audits.
• Lead strategic projects including depot openings/closures and store delivery support.
• Conduct weekly carrier meetings and site inspections for compliance and improvement.
• All other duties as assigned.
