Qualifications

• Familiar with SAP / EWM, DispatchTrack, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to align strategy and execution across functions.
• Identify improvements via data analysis and implement changes.
• Enhance delivery performance through carrier performance management and audits.
• Lead strategic projects including depot openings/closures and store delivery support.
• Conduct weekly carrier meetings and site inspections for compliance.
• Delegate effectively while overseeing delivery outcomes.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions.
• Navigate conflicts constructively with carriers and teams.
• Foster a culture of customer service and operational excellence.
• Directly manage 3PL depot managers and regional delivery teams via oversight.
• Travel to depots and stores; balance field execution with planning.
• Run virtual meetings with carriers and cross-functional teams.
