Job summary

CarNow is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth with dealer partners. The role focuses on maximizing loyalty, enhancing product value, and building long-term client relationships.

You will analyze accounts, identify opportunities, and communicate needs to stakeholders to ensure customer success. Responsibilities include onboarding calls, on-site launches, regular dealer touchpoints, and driving retention through proactive support and ROI-focused reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales, with a focus on digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 75% monthly within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person account management to a designated book of business (75–120 dealer accounts).
• Conduct onboarding and pre-launch consultations with the Implementation team for seamless handoffs.
• Perform audits to confirm setup and readiness for launch.
• Schedule and host in-person launch meetings and training sessions with dealers and stakeholders.
• Deliver account reviews and ROI discussions on a regular cadence to drive retention and growth.
