Job summary

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in field sales, dealer development, or territory management.
• Experience managing dealer or distributor networks and achieving sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling, dealer development, and channel management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute district sales strategies that align with corporate sales objectives and growth initiatives.
• Manage an assigned dealer network as the primary contact for sales support and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships through regular communication and business reviews.
• Conduct extensive dealer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate prospective dealers to expand territory coverage.
• Provide dealers with product knowledge, pricing guidance, and sales support.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance on launches and programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and territory updates.
• Represent Segway Powersports US at dealer meetings, trade shows, and events.
