Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a dynamic professional to expand its dealer network across a defined region, including Agriculture and Construction Equipment markets. You will identify gaps, recruit and onboard dealers, and collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure successful ramp-ups.

The role focuses on building strong dealer relationships, driving market share, and achieving KPIs while traveling up to 50% within the region. Based in Pooler, GA with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years in dealer development, sales, or distribution.
• Willingness to travel 50% within assigned region; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify market gaps and develop regional dealer growth plans.
• Recruit and appoint new dealer partners in growth territories.
• Lead dealer onboarding and integration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive dealer performance via KPIs and improvement plans.
