Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Manager at the Regional Distribution Center in Huntsville, AL. You will lead safety-focused operations, drive productivity and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet goals.

You’ll coach the team, implement process improvements and ensure on-time product flow to guests. Ideal candidates have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures to operate systems within the Distribution Center.
