You will drive operational excellence, coach staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet budget and production goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the skill to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures for DC operations.
