Target is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution and Receive Centers. You will lead safety-focused teams, drive productivity, and coordinate across functions to meet goals.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage process improvements, training, and performance; contribute to budget goals and staffing.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.

• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
