Target is seeking an Operations Manager for the Cedar Falls Regional Distribution Center. The role requires leading daily operations, ensuring safety, productivity and quality while coaching a diverse team.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and collaborate with the broader logistics network. The ideal candidate will hold a four-year degree or equivalent experience with strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple areas of the DC including

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
