Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Manager for its Distribution Center in Georgia. This leadership role focuses on safety, productivity, and engaging teams to meet daily objectives while upholding Target's standards.

You will coach teams, implement process improvements, monitor performance against budget, and ensure cross-functional coordination across functions to deliver fast, accurate fulfillment for guests.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
