Target is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Center in Albany, OR. You will lead a team to ensure safety, productivity and timely product flow to guests, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving across functions.

Core responsibilities include driving performance, coaching staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet safety and budget goals. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required and a strong communication skillset is essential.

• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.

• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems.
