Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Safety Manager for a data center project in Port Washington, WI. You will own the EH&S program for the electronic security scope, drive daily planning, hazard control, and permit interfaces, and ensure workers have authority to stop unsafe work.

The role requires strong incident investigation skills, experience with LOTO and fall protection, and the ability to coordinate safety across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction or field EH&S experience.
• Knowledge of LOTO, fall protection, MEWP safety, and permit-to-work systems.
• Experience integrating a subcontractor’s safety program into a GC control-of-work system.
• Strong incident-investigation and corrective-action skills.

Responsibilities

• Own safety integration for the electronic security scope on the Port Washington project.
• Lead daily planning, hazard identification, and permit interfaces with construction teams.
• Manage high-risk activities, fall protection, MEWP use, and energy control procedures.
• Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, and trades to maintain safe work areas.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance with OSHA and EH&S policy.
• Drive corrective-action plans and stop-work authority when needed.
