Convergint is seeking a Project Manager for our Port Washington, WI area to lead data center related projects. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, installation, and start-up, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, quality assurance, and effective communication with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant engineering, field service or project management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct projects from start to finish.
• Direct field installation and start-up of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule, maintaining cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality.
