Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in logistics or site services.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and warehouse/transportation management systems.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience using data analytics to monitor and improve performance.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional logistics operations for data center site services, including freight and inventory across multiple facilities.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and vendors against SLAs and metrics.
• Analyze logistics performance with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Lead standardization of logistics processes across regions and engineer scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance on SOX requirements.
• Serve as SME on technical logistics and inventory systems within the region.
• Develop roadmaps aligning with infrastructure supply chain goals.
• Evaluate cross-functional systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) to support regional logistics.
• Assess impact of business changes and implement risk mitigation.
• Travel approximately 30% to regional sites for reviews and improvements.
