Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial real estate or infrastructure and development.
• Proven track record delivering large multi-party data center capacity deals.
• Experience managing regional programs and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the regional development program and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, construction, network, and legal teams to execute capacity plans.
• Guide strategic approach to new capacity while mitigating risk and ensuring contingencies.
• Own data center site selection and development within North America.
• Deliver cost-effective capacity with flexibility and optionality.
• Represent Meta with suppliers, government bodies, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff with career development.
• Travel domestically and internationally 25%+.
