Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and execute community engagement plans for major development projects across the region.
• Design and execute signature events and programs.
• Set the vision for sustainable community engagement initiatives across the region and manage these with attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
• Own internal and external communications for community engagement programs and represent AWS publicly with stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for community-centric issues and concerns and mitigate reputational risk.
• Lead community assessments for new sites and develop proactive engagement plans to scale programs.
• Capture and report data demonstrating impact on AWS Infrastructure and community.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Be physically present in the community and engage on the ground.
