Job summary

Eagle Industries in New Orleans is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Regional Managers with daily sales operations, handling customer questions, orders, and issues to keep interactions moving toward a solution. You will use HubSpot CRM and Microsoft 365 to maintain records, process requests, and collaborate with sales teams.

A background in B2B or industrial sectors is preferred; a bachelor’s or associate degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience in a B2B, industrial, or construction setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when a customer is stressed or upset.
• Solid organization with multitasking, prioritization and time management.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience.
• Experience selling or supporting construction, industrial, or safety products.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels quickly and professionally.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and region-specific requests accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer issues with clear solutions and minimal back-and-forth.
• Escalate complex complaints and follow through to resolution.
• Support Regional Managers and Business Development Managers with day-to-day sales operations.
• Spot opportunities to grow business within the region's existing customer base.
• Keep customer records and interactions current in HubSpot.
• Share feedback to improve the customer service process.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with every customer.
