KARL STORZ is seeking a Customer Success Utilization Manager to drive adoption of OR1 and video technologies across the Philadelphia or Baltimore region. You will partner with hospitals and leadership to maximize value and ensure successful deployments.

The role demands technical acumen, project management, and strong customer-facing consulting, with extensive travel to customer sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with demonstrated technical aptitude.
• 2–3 years in OR sales or technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong project management and relationship skills.
• Experience training, educating, or consulting customers.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and utilization strategies to maximize OR1 and video value.
• Lead onboarding, go-live activities, and post-installation plans.
• Provide regional expertise on KARL STORZ video systems and integration.
• Design and deliver training programs for clinicians and staff.
• Analyze usage metrics and identify adoption opportunities.
• Present utilization metrics and recommendations in quarterly reviews.
