Job summary

KARL STORZ Endoscopy is seeking a Customer Success Utilization Manager (CSUM) to drive adoption and long-term success of OR1 and video technologies within the regional market. You will partner with hospitals, physicians, and executive teams to maximize value through deployment, education, and strategic guidance.

The role encompasses onboarding, post-installation project management, and ongoing training to ensure sustained utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with technical aptitude.
• 2–3 years in Operating Room sales or service or other technical customer-facing role.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and utilization strategies to maximize value of OR1 and video tech.
• Create customer-specific adoption plans to increase engagement and utilization.
• Monitor usage metrics and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Lead post-installation project management and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on OR workflows, system capabilities, and training of clinicians and staff.
