Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Familiar with social media networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Must type at least 60 words per minute.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Field calls and assist guests across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and bell desk.
• Enter and track guest inquiries with data accuracy.
• Sort and distribute correspondence to appropriate departments.
• Draft letters responding to standard guest requests or complaints.
• Prepare weekly distribution materials and cover sheets.
• Monitor database entries for effectiveness.
• Respond to online guest feedback via Trip Advisor, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Maintain familiarity with Marketing, F&B, hotel and casino programs.
• Act as service leader and promote Caesars service programs.
• Provide administrative support for special requests.
