Job summary

Spot On Talent seeks an experienced Regional Credit Manager to lead a team of credit supervisors and analysts, owning credit and collections across the Western U.S., Mexico, and Canada. You will set credit limits, drive down delinquencies, and partner with sales to balance orders with receivables.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical risk judgment, and the ability to communicate across finance, sales, and regional leadership. In-office M-Th in Fort Worth, with remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial credit, collections, or AR with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical instincts and risk judgment required.
• Ability to communicate across finance, sales, and branch leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own credit and collections across the Western U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
• Lead a team of credit supervisors and analysts; set credit limits and drive down delinquencies.
• Partner with sales to keep orders moving while protecting receivables; escalate complex accounts as needed.
