Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in craft recruiting - Heavy Industrial and SIPA.
• Experience coordinating outreach programs, job postings, screenings, and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications and conduct interviews to determine suitability for employment.
• Ensure legal compliance in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Attend conferences, career fairs, and networking events to build relationships and understand the regional employment market.
• Assess craft needs for current and forecasted projects through discussions with operations managers and superintendents.
• Communicate daily with site managers to meet manpower needs with qualified candidates.
• Track applicants and provide reports to the craft recruiting manager.
