Austin Industrial is seeking a Craft Recruiter to coordinate hiring of skilled craftsmen and manage the full recruiting lifecycle on heavy industrial projects. You will screen applicants, conduct interviews, verify licenses, and communicate with site managers to align manpower with project needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of craft recruiting experience in heavy industrial settings.
• Ability to travel locally and across the US as needed.

Responsabilités

• Analyze information on applications, conduct interviews, and determine suitability; perform background checks.
• Perform proper interviewing and hiring processes to ensure legal compliance.
• Attend conferences, career fairs and network to represent INDL and understand the regional market.
• Analyze craft needs for projects by discussing with operations managers and superintendents.
• Communicate daily with site managers to meet manpower needs with qualified candidates.
• Track applicants and provide reports to the craft recruiting manager.
• Travel locally and across the US for recruitment needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
