Job summary

Wills Group is seeking a proactive Area Manager for Southern Maryland Dash In locations. You will oversee multiple stores, drive sales and brand standards, and develop Store Managers while managing staffing and compliance.

The role requires travel within the market and the headquarters area, with a focus on in-store leadership, financial performance, and strong collaboration with regional teams. A path to leadership and operational excellence is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Food Service and/or Retail in a Store Manager or Multi-Unit Manager role.
• Experience managing and analyzing P&L statements.
• Proven experience with developing and leading a team.
• Retail operational proficiency and business acumen.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 software suite.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship or C2C not available).
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background, credit, and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver on Dash In Brand standards and customer experiences.
• Meet or exceed financial plans including sales, margins, and controlling expenses.
• Develop Store Managers into effective leaders and grow a positive culture.
• Review monthly P&L and implement improvement plans based on results.
• Ensure well-staffed stores with trained associates and strong recruiting support.
• Ensure compliance with policies on sales, cash, and inventory.
