Job summary

Wills Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager for Southern Maryland Dash In locations. The role oversees 5 corporate stores, travel within the market, and rests on improving sales, financial performance, and brand standards. Ideal candidate resides within 1 hour of market and will supervise store operations and staff development.

The position emphasizes P&L responsibility, recruiting, and succession planning, with 80–90% time spent in stores and collaboration with Regional Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Food Service or Retail management.
• Experience managing and analyzing P&L statements.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• Retail operational proficiency and business acumen.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to meet Dash In Brand standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Meet or exceed corporate financial plans by driving sales, margins, and controlling labor and expenses.
• Develop Store Managers to become effective store leaders and cultivate a positive store culture.
• Review monthly P&L and implement improvement plans based on results.
• Ensure stores are staffed with trained associates and collaborate with Recruiting and Learning teams.
• Ensure adherence to policies on cigarette/alcohol sales, cash handling, and inventory.
