Job summary

Wills Group seeks an Area Manager for Central MD (Prince George's, Calvert, Anne Arundel) to lead 5 corporate Dash In stores. You will drive sales, manage P&L, coach Store Managers, and ensure brand standards across locations.

The role requires travel within the market and close collaboration with Regional Operations teams. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in Food Service/Retail leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in developing teams.

Qualifications

• 5-years experience in Food Service and/or Retail in a Store Manager or Multi-Unit Manager role.
• Experience managing and analyzing P&L statements.
• Proven experience with developing and leading a team.
• Retail operational proficiency and business acumen.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 software suite.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, teach, develop.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical capability.
• Attention to detail and follow up.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship or C2C opportunities not available at this time).
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, credit check, and driving record check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record, utilizing personal vehicle for travel to stores with mileage reimbursement when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences by upholding Dash In Brand standards.
• Drive sales and manage category margins, labor and expenses.
• Develop Store Managers to become effective store leaders.
• Review monthly financial statements and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure well-staffed stores with trained associates and support recruiting/learning.
• Ensure compliance with cigarette/alcohol laws, cash handling, inventory, and daily paperwork.
