The Opportunity Dash In is hiring a Bench Store Manager to support and learn our Glen Burnie, MD market while preparing to take over a store of your own.
This role is ideal for experienced restaurant managers, kitchen managers, or multi‑unit leaders who want broader operational exposure, real P&L responsibility, and a clear path to becoming a Store General Manager.
You’ll train alongside seasoned leaders, step in to run stores when needed, and build the skills required to manage a Dash In location independently once placed.
