Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 4+ years in corporate recruitment, account management, program delivery, or relationship building.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience liaising with corporate partners and school districts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new corporate partners to expand mentor teams.
• Attend events to raise brand presence in Butler County and expand mission awareness.
• Support donor stewardship to promote philanthropic gifts.
• Track outreach progress using Salesforce CRM and document key touchpoints.
• Ensure program success across regional school partnerships.
• Align curriculum with workforce pathway initiatives for high school and post-secondary.
• Coordinate logistics for student experiences and maintain program offerings in Salesforce.
• Develop resources for mentors and school partners; deliver training and collaborate on evaluation.
• Manage schools and mentor teams; support monthly activity planning and visits.
• Deliver mentor onboarding, oversee industry field trips, and document progress in Salesforce.
• Guide monthly planning for STEAM and Employability Skills curricula.
