Aggreko plc is seeking a Cooling Tower Subject Matter Expert and Business Development Manager in the Northeast region. The role focuses on technical support, large-scale project sales, and strategic account development across industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include site visits, proposing cooling tower and pumping solutions, and leading capture plans. A strong background in thermal dynamics and hydraulics is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years’ experience in industrial sales, with 5+ years in cooling tower industry.
• Knowledge of cooling tower applications in chemical/refining/industrial/HVAC markets.
• Salesforce (CRM) experience.
• Solid understanding of thermal dynamics, hydraulics, pumps, piping systems, and electrical basics.
• Experience with chemical treatment related to cooling towers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and sales guidance for outside sales reps.
• Conduct executive-level communication within accounts and Aggreko.
• Pursue and secure key/strategic accounts.
• Perform site visits and develop solution-based proposals.
• Develop account growth plans by product and territory.
• Provide expert product knowledge across product lines.
