Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician to support SERVICE+ initiatives across North America.

You will perform health and spare-part assessments, consult with reliability teams, and maintain strong customer relationships while traveling to customer sites within a 400-mile regional radius. The role emphasizes a solid mechanical background, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to communicate complex issues in written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, mechanical, or related field.
• Strong mechanical background, preferably with conveying equipment experience.
• Ability to manage visits and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong English verbal and written communication.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally (70%+).
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive connections with customers and perform cursory assessments of systems and parts.
• Consult with reliability personnel on issues and health of installed technologies.
• Travel within North America to customer sites and communicate findings in reports.
• Inspect conveyors and gather technical information to identify improvements.
• Coordinate travel logistics and stay within a regional radius of key locations.
