Job summary

Intralox L.L.C., a Laitram division, seeks a Regional Field Service Technician to maintain and optimize conveyor systems across a North American territory. You will engage with reliability personnel, assess equipment health, and advise on spare parts and maintenance plans.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, excellent communication, and readiness to travel within North America, including occasional after-hours support for field installations and service visits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and hands-on problem solving.
• Excellent communication and planning skills to work with customers and reliability personnel.
• Willingness to travel within North America and manage a 400-mile radius territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive connections with customers by assessing technologies, spare parts, and conveyor cleanliness.
• Provide feedback on health of installed systems and peak preparedness with customer contacts.
• Promote Activated Roller Belt (ARB) and ancillary equipment applications.
• Inspect conveyors to gather technical information and report improvement opportunities.
• Arrange and execute travel with short notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
