Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership of teams.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and internal controls.
Ability to standardize accounting practices across multiple regions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Regional Controllers across all regions.
Establish standardized close procedures, calendars, and reporting packages.
Ensure accurate regional financial reporting and consolidation.
Support integrations and M&A activity with accounting leadership.
Drive process improvements and use technology to increase efficiency.
