Job summary

ALKEME is seeking a Director of Regional Controllers to lead the regional accounting organization and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple regions. The role reports to Corporate Controller / Finance Leadership and requires strong accounting foundations and leadership skills to develop a scalable regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eight (8)+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership of accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, GL accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to all Regional Controllers across ALKEME.
• Establish expectations, priorities, and performance standards for the Regional Controller organization.
• Coordinate regional accounting activities to ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Ensure regional accounting compliance with GAAP and internal controls across regions and agencies.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, M&A, and leadership to align regional reporting with enterprise standards.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across regional accounting functions.
