Job summary

ALKEME is seeking a Director of Regional Controllers to lead the regional accounting organization, ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and maintain enterprise accounting standards across all regions.

The role partners with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, M&A and regional leadership to provide financial insight, improve controls, and support acquisitions while building a scalable, high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eight (8)+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership of accounting teams.
• CPA or other accounting designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Controllers across ALKEME; set expectations and performance standards.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls; support audits.
• Partner with FP&A, M&A, and regional leadership to analyze results and improve performance.
• Support integration of acquired agencies and standardized accounting practices.
• Drive process improvements and scalable regional accounting operations.
