Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Regional Controller to provide strategic financial guidance and contractual oversight across QuantumWork Advisory. You will partner with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support growth initiatives.

The role requires deep financial analysis, contract negotiation, and strong leadership, with responsibilities spanning profitability, month-end close, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting and P&L management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for Sales and Operational leadership on pricing, contracts and P&L impacts.
• Develop and maintain executive-level financial reports for strategic decisions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial review sessions with senior leadership.
• Oversee profitability across accounts, projects, programs, practices, and regions using P&L statements and dashboards.
• Partner with accounting and invoicing to complete month-end activities.
• Manage market analysis, budgeting, forecasting, compensation planning and risk management.
• Provide insights to support bid development and RFP responses.
• Lead technical and professional development of financial staff with coaching and evaluations.
