Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Regional Controller to provide strategic financial guidance and contractual oversight for QuantumWork Advisory. The role partners with senior leaders to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support growth initiatives.

Ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and contract negotiation, with strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage conflict constructively and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for Sales and Operational leadership, addressing pricing, contracts, and P&L impacts.
• Develop and maintain executive-level financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial review sessions with senior leadership, including the President and CFO.
• Oversee profitability across accounts, projects, programs, practices, and regions using P&L statements and dashboards.
• Partner with accounting and invoicing teams to complete month-end activities.
• Collaborate with sales and operational leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Provide market, practice, and client insights to support bid development and RFP responses.
• Lead the technical and professional development of financial team members through coaching and evaluations.
