The role involves overseeing finance functions, collaborating with hospital departments, and guiding strategic planning to drive performance across Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospital finance leadership, GAAP proficiency, and a CPA is preferred. Travel throughout Southern California is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating and supervising hospital/medical center finance staff.
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Decision Support, General Ledger and Payroll.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred.
• Regular travel throughout Southern California market required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance department functions including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Decision Support.
• Coordinate with Hospital departments to ensure proper use of resources per policies.
• Participate in Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain activities.
• Focus on strategic planning, analysis, and business development toward executive leadership.
