Community Health System in Fresno, CA, seeks a Vice President, Controller to provide strategic leadership of enterprise-wide financial operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and strengthen reporting. This newly created role will oversee ~40 FTEs across Accounting, AP, Government Reimbursement, Payroll, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Significant senior financial leadership experience within a hospital or health system.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise-wide financial operations.
• Oversee ~40 FTEs across Accounting, Accounts Payable, Government Reimbursement, Payroll, and Treasury.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen financial reporting.
