Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Multi-unit or multi-location experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience with remote or dispersed teams preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior operational leaders for strategic financial guidance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, revenue recognition.
• Experience with ERP platforms, financial reporting systems, and advanced Excel.
• Analytical, organized, and detail oriented with strong problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build cross-functional relationships.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% within the North Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations for multiple North Region facilities with accurate reporting and controls.
• Manage client billing, accounts receivable, and collections with operations teams.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results, variances, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for regional and corporate leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in GAAP compliance.
• Partner with regional operations leadership to drive financial performance and cost management.
• Oversee payroll accounting, labor reporting, and related compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and adherence to accounting policies.
