Job summary

You will lead monthly close, reporting, and forecasting; manage General Ledger, A/P, payroll, inventory and fixed assets; perform variance analyses; and drive cross‑functional process improvements in collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years plant controllership or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, reporting, and forecasting for assigned plants/regions.
• Manage GL, A/P, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Ensure reserves, write-offs, and accruals are timely and accurate.
• Prepare variance analyses and plant performance communications.
• Support capital projects and post‑investment reviews.
• Challenge budgets to drive profitability and capital discipline.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize processes.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
