Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum eight years of hands-on senior accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• CPA or CMA certification is required.
• Manufacturing and corporate reporting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close in local ERP systems and ensure IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and related close activities with policy adherence.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to meet consolidation and reporting deadlines.
• Lead audits, prepare schedules, and close audit findings with corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
