Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting operations.
• 4+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Manufacturing and corporate reporting experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience a plus.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional accounting certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting and Shared Services operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Lead and develop accounting team members, including performance management and prioritization of work.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for accurate reporting.
• Review financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations for IFRS and Global Policies.
• Support budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial analysis with FP&A.
• Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and processes to ensure data integrity.
• Support cash management, cash flow reporting, tax compliance, and related operations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including PBC schedules.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate across functions to enhance financial performance.
• Provide financial information to Controller, VP Finance Americas, Global Finance; assist with special projects.
• All other duties as assigned.
