Job summary

PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES) seeks a Regional Controller to oversee day-to-day regional accounting and provide financial analysis and management support. The role ensures financial viability through budgeting, planning, and policy enforcement.

You will manage project accounting, develop controls, report cash flow and KPIs, and collaborate with leaders to drive cost efficiency and profitability across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate accounting operations for the region.
• Collaborate with management to align financial plans with business objectives and provide analyses.
• Develop and implement financial controls and policies to improve performance.
• Manage project accounting including cost, budgets, contracts, payments, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and KPIs for the region.
• Oversee balance sheets, payroll, AP/AR, and tax filings for the region.
• Lead and train regional accounting staff; ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
