PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES), a subsidiary of Quanta Services, Inc., seeks a Regional Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the region and provide financial analysis and budgeting support. This role ensures financial viability by establishing and monitoring plans and budgets.

You will lead accounting functions, collaborate with management, and develop financial strategies to minimize risk and drive growth across regional projects.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of Business, Finance and Accounting practices.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with multiple accounting systems and ERP platforms.
• Ability to provide strategic financial guidance to management.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct, and coordinate accounting operations for the region.
• Provide financial analysis and budgeting support.
• Develop financial strategy to minimize risk and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate insights from financial data to improve efficiency and profits.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and project accounting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
